Everything listed on our site is brand-new, in its original packaging and provided with a full manufacturer's warranty. We accept returns on manufacturer defects or damaged products ONLY. If you notice damage due to shipping please contact us immediately and have the damage noted by the delivery company's driver on the packing list provided. If the product is damaged due to shipping and you the customer sign for the delivery without noting the damage with the shipping company's driver we cannot accept returns. Please send damaged products back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. 

 

If an order is canceled or changed within 24 hrs of placement there will be no additional charges incurred and your money will be refunded to you. Because we process and manufacture orders quickly, if an order is canceled or changed after 24 hrs of placement there will be a 25% restocking charge. If an order is canceled or changed after the order has shipped the actual shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking charge.
